Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year of software development experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Platform
Minimum 1 year of professional experience developing solutions with C#, SQL Server, and JavaScript
Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in developing and supporting applications in .NET (C#, VB.NET), AJAX, XML, HTML, and JavaScript or JQuery
Proficiency with Visual Studio
Moderate to advanced knowledge of web applications, relational databases and database administration is preferred
Thorough understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles / patterns
Must be self-motivated and results driven
Possesses strong project management skills
Ability work individually or as part of a larger team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to comprehend complex programming and data structures
Proficiency implementing Web Services utilizing WCF, SOAP and XML; Java/J2e development; Subversion(SVN) source code familiarity; report writing(Crystal Reports, Reporting Services) experience preferred but not a requirement

Description
The primary objective of this role is to create and manage detailed work plans, resources and priorities in order to complete projects on-time, within budget, to high quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the project management of multiple simultaneous deliverables on behalf of Digital Learning
-Responsible for defining the project scope in collaboration with stakeholders
-Creation of a detailed workplan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project, including resources and dependencies
-Organize and maintain files, collateral, and communications associated with the project
-Monitor the progress of the projects, accountabilities, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
-Establish a communications schedule to update stakeholders
-Prepare reports for management and stakeholders on project progress, financial reporting, etc
-Ensure the project deliverables are on time, within budget and to the required level of quality; evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase

Essential Functions of the Job:
Ability to understand and analyze business requirements by working with various stakeholders and create the appropriate information architecture, taxonomy and solution approach
Design and deliver technical solutions and documentation in SharePoint 2013/2010 using out of the box capabilities and using different SharePoint app models for complex business scenarios in areas such as BCS, Search, Workflows, Content Types, and Managed Metadata
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and configure SharePoint implementations
Responsibly own project tasks and take it through completion

Hands on experience to develop branding solutions by customizing the master page, css, and themes
